To whom it may concern,
Unfortunately Im writing this to you regarding a really bad experience of mine, my first and last time on this airline, I had booked this flight in an emergency and unfortunately my weight was above than what I got last minute I spoke to accompanying staff and was ready to pay whatever extra cost there may be to which he refused and I removed most of the extra kg and was only a kg over weight to which your staff (Abdur Rehman) was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and very insensitive as I was offering topping up any extra cost again and again aswell however they didnt allow once this isnt how airlines work and this isnt my first time flying, for an extra kg all airlines are lenient and allow and of there is more they charge extra, this isnt how any international flight operates extremely disgusted and disappointed, this was your flight from dubai to Islamabad.

My Name is Shahid Mahmood and I travelled with my Family from Jeddah to Islamabad on AirBlue flight No. PA-271 on 05 February 2024 with E-Ticket No.
084 231* *** 785.
According to the booking/ticket I was allowed to carry 20Kg baggage. My luggage comprised of a bag 13 Kg and 2 small folding chairs (packed together) with 4Kg weight. The total weight was 17Kg, but the AirBlue staff at the check-in counter did not allow me to take the chairs with me to Islamabad.
The Chairs were for my parents who are 85 years old for using to pray, my 85 years old Mother was with me, she also requested the staff to allow the chairs go in the baggage but the guy (looked to be a Saudi National) was so arrogant and non-sense he not only misbehaved with me but also did not have any regard for my old mother and straight away refused to entertain me. I even was ready to pay the additional charges of SAR 200 mentioned in the ticket, but to no avail.
There was no over weight as I packed my luggage strictly remaining in the allowed limits, but I am sorry that our tour ended with a sour taste due to bad and illogical attitude of the AirBlue check in staff.
Such chairs are not available in Pakistan, therefore I intended to bring them from Saudia and I had to leave the chairs at the airport.
Air Blue administration should look into it, why was I mail treated, when my luggage was within the limits and I was not allowed even against additional payment.
I was not the only one facing embracing situation, there were many other passengers even the ladies were not spared with the bad attitude.
I am a frequent international traveler, this was my first experience on Air Blue and I have decided not to use Air blue next time in any air travel abroad.

Airblue flight engine problem. Stranded in dubai airport
Flight departed from shj the flight started shaking and all the passengers where afraid and landed in dubai due to technical issue But after 4 hrs repair with the passengers on board, They tried to lift off (with the passenger on board, risking passengers life). But the plane couldnt lift off from the runway due to technical issue.
After the all the passengers shouted.
They let the passengers outside.
And till 7 to 8 hours the passengers were not provided any food and not even allowed to go to the launge as their emigration was done.

Test your luck. Take a risk and see your are lucky to reach your destination
What an awesome flight services in dubai garage floor.
Worst service ever.

Preferred solution: Treat your consumers better. Not on the floor.

My name is aishaimtiaz and my reservation was 20 day ago from lahore to karachi and khi to lhr . accidentally i slip in washroom 4days ago and today was my flight so i reached at 7:00 PM at airport. airblue boardingpass is not issue to me and my daughter who is along with me an airblue staff starting to missbehave that about my health the staff behavior was totally pathetic i tell them and show my health certificate but incharge Humara or sumaira used bad behavior with me she did not wants to hear anything...i want to refund my ticket full payment because air blue did not give me boarding without any reason.i want to ask air blue owner what a rubbish staff u hired.because they said its not in the policy but there is no such policy even the civil aviation doctor also there at airport said that u can travel.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent incident that occurred during my travels with Air Blue, and I am the CEO of a (Pvt) Ltd. in Karachi.
I have been an international traveler and a loyal Air Blue customer for an extended period.
On November 23, 2023, I had a scheduled flight from Karachi to Dubai with Air Blue. Unfortunately, my experience during this trip has left me disheartened and compelled to bring a serious matter to your attention.
At the time of boarding, I was stopped by the boarding attendant, Miss Hira, who cited the non-availability of insurance as a reason for denying my boarding. Despite my explanation that I am a regular traveler with Air Blue and have never encountered such a requirement before, she not only rejected my boarding outright but also treated me with significant disrespect.
Her behavior towards me was not only unprofessional but also bordered on outright disrespect. As a CEO who frequently travels internationally, I have never experienced such mistreatment, and it is disheartening to have encountered this on an airline I have come to trust and appreciate.
I am writing to request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take necessary and strict action against Miss Hira for her unprofessional conduct and mistreatment towards a passenger.
Such behavior is unacceptable and goes against the standards of customer service that I, as a loyal customer, have come to expect from Air Blue.
I believe in the values and quality of service that Air Blue represents, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this incident. I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed of the steps taken to rectify this situation.
